1. General By purchasing virtual goods from Everquestsmp.craftingstore.net, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all ranks, coins, and digital items sold on this webstore.

2. Digital GoodsAll products sold are virtual items for use on the EverquestSMP Minecraft server. These items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for "real" money or physical goods.

3. Delivery PolicyMost purchases are delivered in-game automatically within 5-15 minutes. You must be online on the server with the correct username (IGN) to receive your items. If you do not receive your purchase within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

4. Refund Policy & Right of WithdrawalSince our products are digital assets delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period. We do not offer refunds unless there are extraordinary circumstances determined by the server administration.

5. Chargebacks & DisputesAny attempt to open a dispute or "chargeback" via PayPal, your bank, or any other payment processor without first contacting our support will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our server, webstore, and other associated platforms.

6. Server Rules & BansPurchasing a rank or coins does not exempt you from the server rules. If you are banned for breaking rules (e.g., cheating, griefing, or harassment), you will not be entitled to a refund for any active ranks or items.

7. Limitation of LiabilityThe EverquestSMP administration reserves the right to change, modify, or remove features of ranks or items at any time to maintain game balance. We do not guarantee that the server will be online indefinitely.

8. PrivacyYour personal information (such as email and IP address) is only used to process your order and for security/fraud prevention. We do not sell your data to third parties.
